Smart multi-ticket generator — recency-ranked pool + covering-design wheel. Pick a budget and get a set of tickets that spreads your pool numbers so a 3- or 4-match is more likely somewhere in the set. Each ticket still has the same odds as any other.
⚠️ How this really works. Powerball draws are random — no method changes the odds of any single ticket. What a wheel does is structure many tickets so that if several of your pool numbers are drawn, the tickets are arranged to cash the prize. It improves your odds of the lower tiers (matching 3–4) for a fixed budget; it does not beat the 1-in-292,000,000 jackpot odds, and like all lottery play it loses money on average. The number pool uses fast-decay recency (the only method that beat a random control in our backtests). Play for fun, within your means.

Chance that your best ticket matches this many white balls in one draw. Exact math for each wheel; a backtest on clean Powerball history (2016–2026) lands on the same numbers. White balls only; Powerball handled separately.

The Max tier’s guaranteed-4 wheel ensures a 4-match ticket exists whenever 4 of your pool numbers are drawn — which happens about once every 387 draws. How the pool is chosen (recent, hot, cold) makes no difference: every pool of the same size catches drawn numbers at the same rate. An earlier version of this table showed figures 2–8× higher; they were measured on data that contained duplicated draws and have been corrected. The jackpot remains 1-in-292M. Expected value is negative; this is entertainment, not income.
